Document Description
As part of the greater flood control project, this portion consists of the construction of a 12-foot wide lower west bank riverwalk/maintenance road beneath Coleman Avenue Bridge, construction of a 12-foot wide east bank maintenance access ramp at Coleman Avenue Bridge, and modifications to the existing Coleman Avenue Bridge abutments. The project is located on the Guadalupe River beneath Coleman Avenue in San Jose. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2008-0187-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Ryan Heacock, Santa Clara Valley Water District.
