The proposed project is to improve portions of Francis Greek to reduce the flood hazard within the City of Ferndale. Under the proposed project, the City of Ferndale would improve Francis Greek to increase the flow capacity of the creek from 350 cfs to 750 cfs to accommodate the 25-year flood.
