Construct a standard CDF 8-bed barracks/messhall building and a 2-engine, 1,999+/-square feet apparatus building. Provide public parking and extend utilities to serve the buildings. Utilities include connection to on-site LP gas, electric, water, sewer, and communications systems. The proposed building will consist of three parking bays, office and shop space, and a restroom facility. Project will include site preparation , removal of minimal vegetation, and paving of access road and parking areas. The original fire station buildings are of a historic nature, and will not be damaged or altered by this project.
