Place approximately 100,000 cubic yards of dredged material, from the Foster City Lagoon, into the basin of Sea Cloud Park Phase II site via pipeline. In addition, to mitigate the impacted existing wetland habitat from the dredge disposal activities the habitat will be recreated in the new basin.
