The proposed project involves the enlargement of an existing reservoir (POD #3) from 2 to 5 acre-feet of water, the construction of two new reservoirs (PODs #1 [14 AF]), with associated piping, and the planning additional acreage for a total of 25 acres of vineyard. The season for diversion to storage is between December 15 and March 31. Total annual use of water is up to 25 AF under an appropriate right issued pursuant to this application, and up to 50 AF under all bases of right. Special water right terms have been included as mitigation measures.
