Document Description
CDFW is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2013-0263-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the City of Rocklin.
The City proposes the construction of the University Avenue alignment beginning just north of Sunset Blvd, crossing north through the William Jessup University site, and continuing north to Whitney Ranch Parkway. As part of the proposed project, the City is proposing the construction of a water quality swale adjacent to the eastern edge of the University Ave alignment just north of the William Jessup University site. The swale will attenuate and treat storm water from University Ave and will discharge into the open-bottom arch culvert proposed to replace the existing six (6) 48-inch culverts. Two additional 24-inch culverts are proposed south of the open-bottom arch culvert. These culverts will extend perpendicular across the University Ave alignment.
