A General Plan Amendment redesignating the site from "Planning Reserve" to Low, Medium, and High Density Residential, Retail, Commercial, Business Professional, Light Industrial, Recreation Conservation, and Public/Quasi-Public. The proposed project also involves pre-zoning of the site consistent with proposed General Plan Land Uses and eventual annexation.
