Document Description
CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no 1600-2015-0147-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Sunset Ranchos Investors, LLC.
The project is limited to eight separate work areas within the Whitney Ranch Project area that includes work within unnamed seasonal wetland swales and intermittent drainages which are tributaries to Pleasant Grove Creek. The purpose of these stream crossings is to construct utilities and associated access roads to support the required master plan infrastructure for the Whitney Ranch Project area. There will be 0.213 acres of impact to features under the jurisdiction of the CDFW.
