Document Description
Site Development Permit (99SDP-005) to allow the two-phased construction of an industrial facility as follows: Phase 1 will consist of building for the Cal Sierra Recycling's buy-back facility and would include three buildings as follows: * 40' X 75' metal building for Cal Sierra Recycling's administrative activities; * 50' X 100' metal building housing a 4-bay shop for repair and servicing of Cal-Sierra equipment and: * 50' X 95' metal building which would house the recycle/buy-back facility. Phase II would consist of miscellaneous shop buildings unrelated to Cal Sierra's facility as follows: * Two, 50' X 100' buildings would be constructed only after securing tenants. * One, 30' X 175' building would be used by the applicant (Plum Construction) for storage of construction related equipment and materials. * Approximately 1.8 acres of outdoor storage area.
