Re-subdivision of a 1.53 acre parcel from 12 lots to 4 lots: 3 residential, an access road, sewer and water service, and a protected Dune Habitat Preserve. Previously approved by the city of Monterey on July 17, 2001. Restoration an dmaintenance of the Dune Habitat Preserve will occur as detailed in the Del Monte Shores & Dunecrest Villas Mitigation and Management Program (May 2003). Implementation of the project will result in impacts to Sand gilia, a plant protected as threatened under the California Endangered Species Act.
