Conditional Use Permit 99-11 / Toppan Electronics, Applicant: Construction of a 460,000 square foot headquarters and manufacturing facility on a 25.33 acre site located at the southwest corner of Stowe Drive and Scripps-Poway Parkway. There are three building phases proposed. Toppan Electronics produces high volume printed circuit boards for the telecommunications and computer industries.
Note: The public hearing for the environmental review portion of the application will be heard by the Poway City Council on December 14, 1999.
