Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA # 5-326-99) of the Fish and Game Code to theproject applicant, St. Kilian Church. The applicant proposes to construct a second access to the church. The project consists of a 490 foot extension of the existing box culvert in Oso Creek and a bridge structure to cross the existing utilities. The project will impact 0.11 acre of streambed with rock rip-rap banks. All impacts are permanent.
