The proposed project consists of the development of up to 250 single-family detached residential units on a 117-acre site in the Orange Park Acres area of the city of Orange. The project site contains 15 seperate parcels owned by the Sully-Miller Company or Hanson Minerals PLC. Santiago Creek runs east to west across the northern portion of the site. A 7+/- acre portion of the project site is located across Santiago Creek runs east to west across the northern portion of the site. A 7+/- acre portion of the project site is located across Santiago Canyon Road to the south and is bordered by residential development on the south and west and Salem Lutheran Church on the east.
