Document Description
The project involves the redevelopment of an area encompassing 28 acres of land for break bulk cargohandling operations. The purpose of this project is to develop a 28-acre break bulk cargo handling facility at the former Bulk Loading facility at Berths 48-52. The facility will be capable of unloading, storing and shipping various types of break bulk cargo. The facility will be designed with a capacity to handle about 250,000 to 300,000 tons per year of cargo.
