Document Description
The proposed project consists of the acquisition, construction, and operation of the proposed Brooklyn/Kimbrough Area Elementary School. The proposed project site is located in the City of San Diego within the Golden Hill Community Plan Area. The school will be developed on a total od approximately 9.3 acres of land. The school will consist of approximately 56,000-72,000 square feet of building space in one or several two-story structures as well as play areas and parking areas. The elementary school will accommodate 700-900 students and associated faculty and employees.
