The project Applicant, Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI), a division of Walt Disney World Co., proposes to develop the Grand Central Creative Campus (GC3) in the City of Glendale. The GC3 project site is comprised of several previously developed properties generally located within and adjacent to the existing Grand Central Business Centre in the San Fernando Road Corridor Redevelopment Project Area (referred to as Redevelopment Plan area). The project site consists of approximately 125 acres.
