The existing zoning designations based on the City of Carlsbad zoning map include Open Space, Public Utility, Commercial-Tourist Qualified Development, Residential Density-Multiple Zone, Residential Mobile Home Park, Planned Industrial, and Special Flood Hazard. The General Plan Land use designation include designations include Open Space, Public Utilities, Travel/Recreation Commercial, Planned Industrial, Residential Medium-High density, and Special Resource Area.
