Document Description
The project is a major subdivision of 32.6 acres into 95 residential 7,500 square foot lots for a density of 5.8 dwelling units per acre. The project will have its access from Rees Road and will link Sunset Heights Road and Cortez Road. Four north-south cul-de-sacs will also serve the development. Public water and sewer systems are proposed. Off-site purchase of 0.31 acres of Diegan coastal sage scrub credits in compliance with Habitat Loss Permit is proposed.
