A request initiated by the City of Lompoc, to amend the Land Use Element of the General Plan as noted on the attached Exhibit "" and further described as follows: 1) APN 85-360-07 - 10.05 acres of vacant property on the south side of East Ocean Avenue between Seventh Street and Highway 1 (former Gateway side) to Office Commercial); 2) APN 99-140-82 - 9.57 acres on the northeast corner of Twelfth Street and Highway 246 (former Grefco Plant) to Business Park; 3) APN 99-140-58 - 26.32 acres north of East Laurel Avenue and West of the Santa Ynez river (former Grefco Plant) to Business Park; 4) APN 99-140-96 - 17 acres of vacant property on the northeast corner of Seventh Street and Highway 246 (graded property behind the Lompac Valley sign) to be zoned Very Low Density Residential; 5) APN 83-060-17 - 29.75 acres of vacant property on the southeast corner of Highway 1 and Highway 246 (graded property behind the Lompoc Valley sign) to be zoned Very Low Density Residential;
