Document Description
Sunset Millennium is a pedestrian-oriented hotel, retail, restaurant, theater and office project to occupy the south side of Sunset Boulevard from Sunset Plaza on the west to the Park Sundet Hotel on the east. The project consists of 554,820 new sf of development. Also, 118,000 existing sf will be retained and incorporated into the prject, and 74,00 existing sf will be demolished.
