Applications have been made for the Glynwood project which is a proposed 26 lot single family residential subdivision on a 13.82 acre site at the end of Krona Lane. The project sponsor proposes to extend Krona Lane and create a cul-de-sac into property currently located in the unincorporated portion of Contra Costa County adjacent to the City limits. Applications have been made to prezone the property to Planned District (PD) and for approval of a Preliminary Development Plan.
