Construction of a regional stormwater detention structure and basin in Sand Canyon. The structure will not constitute a dam under Calif. Division of Safety of Dams. The structure will permanently restrict outlet. The facility will detain 35 acre-feet and will reduce peak discharge from 1,194 cubic feet per second to 670 cubic feet per second.
