Document Description
General Plan Amendment (GPA-48) to change the land use designation for the project area from Mobile Home (MH) to residential High Density (RH), from Residential Low Density to Residential Medium Density and from Open Space to residential Medium Density; approval of a Zone Change (Z-S-526), consistent with GPA-48, to change the zoning for the project from MH to RH and from RL-0.85 (1 Ac) ( A ) to RM-3.5, and to redelineate the Open Space zoning for the project; approval of a Zone Change (Z-S-537) to amend the City's Hillside Performance Standards (SVMC Section 9-1.1602,Exhibit B) to adjust the valley floor boundary line on a portion of the project site; approval of a Tentative Parcel Map (TT5164) to establish four [ 4 ] multi-family residential lots, 195 single family detached residential lots, 2 Home Owners Association (HOA) open space lots and 14 HOA landscaping lots on the project site; approval of a Planned Development Permit (PD-S-895) for the construction of 324 apartment units (including affordable units) and 195 single family detached residences, together with construction of drainage, sewer and water facilities (including a 600,000 gallon water storage tank), and streets, and bridges and driveways on the project site. Finally, the applicant requests authorization to submit an application (ANX-99-71) to the Ventura County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) to annex a 94.78 acre parcel into the corporate limits.
