Document Description
Construction of a "Split-Diamond" interchange comprising the grade separation of Ocean Boulevard at Henry Ford Avenue and the Terminal Island Freeway, and a combined ramp and one-way frontage road system for turning traffic and local access. Ocean Boulevard and the easterly rampe would be elevated east of the Terminal Island Freeway, to provide an undercrossings between Piers S and T.
