The California Department of Transportation Commission proposes to widen State Route 118 from west of Tapo Canyon Road, to west of the Ventura/Los Angeles County Line, to provide an additional lane of traffic. This project inntends to improve mobility and operations by alleviating traffic congestion and reducing the risk for traffic accidents.
