The site purchase, construction and operation of a surface water treatment plant on a 32-acre parcel in the City of Yucaipa. The facility will be developed in 5 to 10 MGD capacity phases with an ultimate capacity of about 35 MGD. The plant is being constructed by the Yucaipa Valley Water District to provide adequate domestic water supply to its service area.
