The Tulare Redevelopment Agency proposes to add approximately four parcels comprising 27 acres to its existing Downtown Redevelopment Project Area. The projects contain existing land uses which are currnetly consistent with the Tulare General Plan and public rights-of-way. The existing land uses of the added parcels is not expected to change but will remain consistent with current plans.
