Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #5-322-00) pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Robert Colucci, representing Pacifica Enterprises. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within two unnamed drainages, tributaries to Escondido Creek and the San Dieguito River to accommodate the construction of an off-site access road for the Rancho Pacifica Development Project impacting 0.19 acre of streambed.
