Document Description
Increase throughput tonnage from 750 tons per day (tpd) to 900 tpd, at a maximum rate of 538 vehicles per day; clarification to the "permitted hours" ; proposed landfill operating hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, closed major holidays. Only landfill employee vehicles allowed 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A Technical Addendum to the Final EIR was prepared dated January 29, 2002 clarifying hours of operation to mean 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday for waste acceptance, and 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday for ancillary landfill operations. Incoming waste, dirt for cover and other vehicles are allowed into the facility only between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
