The Salinas Valley Solid Waste Authority is proposing to revise the existing Solid Waste Facility Permit (SWFP) to include and increase in the permitted traffic volume to the site, stockpiling of imported soil for daily cover use, an increase in the amount of daily waste intake tonnage, processing of curbside collected yard waste, updates in the remaining capacity and site life estimates, and a change in contract operator.
