This project consists of describing and defining the design and operational features of the CHSL in order to update and revise the facility SWFP and to update the WDRs for the site. The project includes discussion and review of the operational changes which have occurred at the CHSL since 1983. As noted above, the RWQCB updated and recently reissued WDRs for the CHSL in 1999. The following are the design and operational characteristics which address the requirements of each of these permits.
