Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is proposing to approve a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) for soil and groundwater (Project) for the Taylor Yard - Southern Pacific, Parcel G2 Site (Site) pursuant to the authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, California Health & Safety Code (H&SC), Section 25356.1 et seq. The RAP proposes remediation alternative for the project site which contains lead, arsenic, petroleum hydrocarbons (TBH), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs).
