Access will be from Via Conca D'Oro with road improvements on site. Water will be provided by Vista Irrigation District and sewer service will be provided by Buena Sanitation District. The site contains Diegan coastal sage scrub and disturbed wetland habitat. The project preserves the wetland vegetation and will be required to mitigate for impacts to Coastal sage scrub by purchase of credit in an approved mitigate bank.
