The proposed project would entail the expansion of the Rosamond Community Services District Wastewater Treatment Plant. Improvements would include adding treatment capacity and effluent disposal facilities. The initial expansion will provide an additional 0.5 million gallons per day of capacity; however, the facilitiies will be expandable.
