The site for the proposed building is located on the Warren College academic area of campus, just east of Engineering Building Unit 1 and northwest of Engineering building Unit 2 on land presently used as a playing field. The proposed building would provide approximately 105,000 gross square feet of space for the Bioengineering Department. The building would include four stories above grade and one occupied level below grade.
