Document Description
Proposed project entails the formation and adoption of a Redevelopment Plan for the Project Area. In accordance with the standards of the California to eliminate the conditions of physical and economic blight that exist in the Project Area through rehabilitation, revitalization and adaptive reuse of existing structures and to facilitate development in conformance with the Guasti Plaza Specific Plan and the Ontario General Plan. Preserve, enhance and reuse the major historically significant buildings, commercial mixed-use development.
