Document Description
The Specific Plan proposes the development of the 61.7 acres which comprise the valley floor portion of the project site with 300 resort timeshare units, a Private Resort Clubhouse, a "Discovery Gallery" (combination of sales gallery space, marketing venues, presentation rooms, and executive rooms, and executive offices), recreational and landscape amenities, parking, and a circulation system for pedestrians, carts, and vehicles. No development will occur on the 45.3 acres within the hillside portion of the project site.
