Phased development of a high school facility to ultimately serve 1,200 students ant the project is to join a 27-acre parcel of land with an adjacent parcel of approximately 130 +/- acres and utilize the property to construct a high school and other educational facilities would include roadways, parking lots, external lighting, classrooms other buildings, offices, athletic fields and facilities, wastewater disposal system and a potable water supply would be developed on site, two phases of a high school to serve 600 students in each phase; support service facilities; potentially an additional school for about 600 students.
