Proposes to alter two streambeds (one intermittent and one perennial) to construct a 93 acre-foot pond (third storage pond) to storage tertiary treated effluent from the San Vicente Wastewater Treatment Plant, together with a 900 foot long "intermittent stream" diversion chanel, 15-foot wide maintenance access road with culvert(s), and one underground 12-inch water pipeline, all associated with the expansion of wastewater treatment capacity from 0.6 mgd to 0.8 mgd.
