Document Description
Expansion of the existing San Vicente Wastewater Treatment Plant to increase the average dry weather flow capacity from 0.60 million gallons per day (mgd) to 0.80 mgd. The proposed expansion includes the following three major components: 1.) improvements and additions to the treatment process facilitries at the reclamation plant site; 2.) construction of a new, 93 acre-foot storage pond and stream diversion channel on-site, west of the existing storage ponds; and, 3.) construction of a reclaimed water line from the new storage pond and under San Vicente Road to the San Vicente Golf Course, located approximately 1.5 miles to the east of the site.
