CDFG has issued SAA #5-149-99 to Marbella Villas in conjunction with the applicant's proposal to alter the streambed for the development of 55 single-family residential units, community recreation area, and three open space lots. Approximately 0.06 acre will be impacted as the result of the installation of a bridge, 0.95 acre of riparian vegetation will be impacted along the banks due to compaction of the root zones from grading activities, 40 oaks may be impacted as a result of grading activities.
