The proposed project involves the construction of an approximately 66,400 square-foot research facility within UCI's Health Sciences complex. Among the project objectives, Sprague Hall would provide additional research laboratory and associated support space to help address existing space deficiencies at UCI. Furthermore the project would provide a facility to foster collaborative research in the areas of cancer, genetics, and immunology/infectious disease.
