Grand Central Recycling and Transfer Station is a municipal solid waste (MSW) recycling and transfer station located at 999 S. Hatcher Avenue in the City of Industry. The facility proposes to amend the existing Conditional Use Permit No. 99-2 to expand operations from 1,500 tons per day (TPD) to 5,000 TPD.
