Document Description
The proposed project is the construction and operation of a senior housing facility on an 11.0 acre lot in the Rancho San Diego Specific Plan area. This lot was identified for the proposed use in the Specific Plan. The project proposes a total of 344 living units, with a maximum occupancy of 496 persons. The average age of the residents will be 83 years old. Meals, housekeeping, linen service, social and recreational programs, and daily transportation services will be provided to all residents. The project facilities will consist of the Pavilion, which will be the main activity hub of the project, and 344 living units. The facility will employ 50 employees.
