The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Lloyd Tangen for Simpson Timber Company, Klamath Division. The applicant proposes to remove an old Humboldt crossing and restore bed and bank to natural stream grade on a class II watercourse, Jordan Creek, tributary to Earl Lake, Del Norte County for the purpose of timber harvest.
