Approval of a petition to allow the Proctor & Gamble Project to continue to operate and remain in compliance with the intent of Air Quality Condition Numbers -42 and -43. Prior to May 3, 2001, the project owner must either construct the simple cycle unit required by the conditions or amend the Energy Commission Decision to reflect the as-built project and its air pollutant emissions.
