Implementing mitigation at Cottonwood Creek. The mitigation site offsets impacts to the valley elderberry longhorn beetle, riparian habitat, and wetlands. The site will be augmented with riparian and elderberry plantings and managed in perpetuity for habitat purposes. New permanent easements will be acquired for access to the site.
