Document Description
The proposed project would replace the Adjustment Center/Taft Living Unit, which is an approximately 9070 square foot lock-up unit that currently houses the medium and maximum level security wards. The project would demolish the existing building, and replace it with a new facility with maximum security detention doors and frames, secured individual showers, detention maximum security lighting fixtures, security grade stainless steel combination water closet/lavatory in each cell with an anti-flood disabler, and a complete fire sprinkler system with all required interfacing to the cenral monitoring station.
