Document Description
Minor amendment to an existing lease between the University of California Extension (Lessor) and Bradford Financial (Lessee) allowing the University Extension use of 50,000 square feet of space at 10420 Bubb Road in Cupertino for classrooms and offices. The proposed amendment would extend the lease until August of 2009 (an increase of eight years over the original lease) and provide the University with an option to purchase at any time through August 2001, and the right of first refusal to any sale of the property throughout the extended lease term. The facility includes office space for approximately 25 staff and classrooms that are used for UCSC Extension classes attended primarily by students from the Santa Clara Valley and for the Masters Degree Program in Computer Engineering.
