Document Description
Project consists of the restoration of the historical Adamson House boathouse including pillars, doors, ramps, flagstone deck, stairways, and railings at Malibu Lagoon SB. The existing structure has evidence of leakage through the flagstone roof deck, sagging doors, settling concrete, and the terra cotta tile and concrete pillars are breaking up. All work will be completed in accordance with the Secretary of Interior's Standards for Restoration. No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated.
